About the Contract:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Project Advisor to join our team for an exciting new rental development project located in downtown Kelowna. The Leasing Project Advisor plays a key part in the lease-up phase of the project. The contractor's expertise will contribute to achieving leasing targets and project milestones. This is a contract position that runs approximately from November, 2025 to June 2025, with the possibility for extension.

The contractor will work independently to deliver agreed-upon project outcomes while coordinating with the company's leadership team. Services and deliverables include, but are not limited to:

  • Conducting daily property tours for potential residents, showcasing available units and amenities.
  • Overseeing the complete journey of prospective residents, from the initial inquiry and appointment scheduling to on-site tours to the lease application and signing process.
  • Driving lead generation through proactive outreach marketing, consistent follow-ups, and a focus on meeting leasing targets.
  • Maintaining and managing leads efficiently using CRM software.
  • Hours are typically 11:30am to 5:30pm, with weekend availability required.

Education and Experience

  • A BC Real Estate Trading Service License is required.
  • Experience working in a sales environment.
  • Rental Property Management license in BC is an asset.
  • Experience working in residential leasing is an asset.
  • Experience with Salesforce is an asset.
