InsureLine Brokers (Clear Cut) is a leader in Auto, Home, Business and Travel insurance. We are currently looking for a career-minded Account Managers/Broker Support (Personal Lines Insurance) with experience in Personal Lines insurance to join our diverse and inclusive team in our Edmonton office.
Main Duties:
- Assist brokers with the servicing/managing of their books of business and maintaining high levels of client retention
- Engage with clients to determine their needs and provide expert advice to ensure the best coverage for them
- Quote/write inbound new business
- Cross-sell & upsell various lines of business
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and proactive and effective communication
- Manage and process business (including risk assessment, quoting/marketing, reviewing coverage, processing policy changes/endorsements, handling renewals, premium collection, etc.) on a timely basis
- Handle customers' and insurers' inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Support clients in the claims process, etc.
- Other responsibilities as required
Requirements:
- Superior work ethic with high level of integrity, professionalism, reliability and accountability
- High level of motivation, excellent time management skills, and the ability to multi-task
- Strong customer service skills (sales skills would be an asset)
- Strong communication skills with a natural ability at building authentic client relationships
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Minimum high school diploma
- General Insurance level 1 or level 2 license
- Minimum 2 year General Insurance experience in Personal Lines
- Experience in insurance companies' portals/quoting tools
- Experience in Commercial Lines insurance would be an asset
- Knowledge of Applied Rating Services and Applied Epic would be an asset
- Fluency in Punjabi and Hindi language would be an asset
