About the Role: Marketing Campaign Manager

We're growing — and we're hiring a Marketing Campaign Manager to help us drive demand, generate leads, and fuel growth through creative, data-driven, and prospect-focused campaigns.

In this role, you'll develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that capture attention, nurture leads, and convert interest into measurable revenue. You'll collaborate closely with Content, Design, Product Marketing, Community, and Sales to ensure campaigns resonate with our target audience and support our growth goals.

You'll combine creativity and analytical insight to craft campaigns that connect — and use your strategic, organized approach to ensure each campaign runs smoothly from ideation to reporting.

About You

You're not just looking to run campaigns — you're looking to make an impact. You bring:

  • A community mindset — You see customers as partners and teammates as collaborators. You thrive in cross-functional environments where everyone's aligned toward a shared goal. (Community First)

  • Momentum and ownership — You take initiative, meet deadlines, and drive results with creativity and accountability. (Fast Forward)

  • Vision and boldness — You're always scanning the horizon for new tactics and emerging trends in demand generation. (Ten Steps Ahead)

  • Joy in the craft — You love the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and data — and you bring enthusiasm and curiosity to everything you do. (Delightful Work)

What You'll Do

Here's what you'll do:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Community teams to ensure campaign alignment and impact.

  • Develop creative, prospect-centric messaging that resonates with our audience at every stage of the buyer journey.

  • Leverage multiple channels — including email, paid ads, events, webinars, and podcasts — to create, capture, and convert demand.

  • Partner on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target and convert high-value prospects.

  • Measure and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve ROI and effectiveness.

  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, tracking timelines, budgets, and outcomes through project management tools.

  • Stay ahead of marketing trends and continuously look for new ways to innovate, experiment, and improve campaign outcomes.

What You Bring

Some of the qualities that help you thrive in this role:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven record of running campaigns that generate demand and drive growth.

  • 2+ years of experience in a demand generation or campaign management role.

  • Experience running multi-channel campaigns across events, webinars, email, podcasts, and paid media.

  • Proficiency in HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms).

  • A strong mix of creative and analytical skills — you can write compelling copy and interpret performance data with equal confidence.

  • Excellent project management skills — you can juggle multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders with ease.

  • A data-driven mindset — you make decisions based on insight, not instinct.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and B2B SaaS sales cycles.

Compensation & Perks

We believe in fair, transparent compensation.
Starting salary for this role is $75,000 – $85,000, depending on previous experience and skillset, plus a performance-based annual bonus.

New hires are expected to come in at the midpoint of this range. However, if this role sounds perfect for you and your expectations are outside of this range, we encourage you to apply and let us know — if it's a great fit, we'll have an open discussion around what's possible.

Plus:

  • Remote-first culture (with plenty of in-person experiences sprinkled in)

  • Company-wide closure between December 25th and January 1st

  • Health and dental benefits, including a $1,000 healthcare spending account

  • RRSP/TFSA contributions up to $3,000 a year (no employee contribution required)

  • Twice-yearly company-wide summits (we call it HQ — and you'll love it)

  • A delightful team of smart people who are good at what they do

Location

This role is open to candidates eligible to work in Canada, with the exception of Quebec (we're not set up to operate there yet — désolé).
We're remote-first, but if you're based in Toronto, even better — that's where we were founded and where we maintain our HQ today
