Technical Service Coordinator & Operations Assistant (Remote)

NETWORTH is a Canadian Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering IT solutions and support to businesses nationwide. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and technical expertise. As we grow, we're looking for a motivated individual to join our remote team and support our operations.

Position Summary:

This is an entry-level, fully remote position. You will work from your SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) during regular business hours. The role is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow into a senior client services or operations management position over time. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer quote requests in ConnectWise PSA & SAGE300
  • Prepare and send quotes and proposals to clients.
  • Coordinate service calls and project deployments with technicians.
  • Respond to basic customer inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
  • Support SLA compliance and service coordination.
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff.
  • Overseeing advanced service-level coordination beyond standard call handling.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving service-related disputes.
  • Producing service related invoices.
  • Weekly meeting management for service team
  • Product procurement

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn IT service processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service experience is an asset but not required.
  • Reliable SOHO setup with high-speed internet.

Work Environment:

  • Fully remote position.
  • Regular business hours (Monday–Friday).
