Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Early Childhood Educator located in Cambridge, ON. The educator will be responsible for planning and implementing educational activities, fostering a safe and supportive environment, observing and assessing each child's progress, and collaborating with parents and staff members. The role involves engaging children in hands-on learning, promoting independent thinking, and ensuring the overall well-being of the children in our care.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and ability to work effectively with children, parents, and team members
  • Strong knowledge of Early Childhood Development
  • Creativity Skills and ability to plan engaging activities
  • Experience in Working With Children in an educational setting
  • Strong Organization Skills for classroom management and activity planning
  • Relevant Early Childhood Education certification or bachelor's degree
  • First Aid and CPR certification is an asset
