Job Description
*We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team Your main job duties will be to conduct the full cycle recruitment process including screening and second round interviews of candidates, on-boarding new hires, and ensuring the completion of employment documents and on-boarding procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:*
- Collaborate with operations leaders to forecast hiring needs and develop 30-, 60-, and 90-day hiring plans.
- Source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for operational roles (e.g., supply chain, logistics, facilities, customer support, field operations).
- Streamline the recruitment process to reduce time-to-fill while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through diverse sourcing channels (job boards, social platforms, employee referrals, partnerships with universities).
- Develop compelling job postings and employer branding content that resonates with operations teams.
- Oversee learning and development programs, onboarding, certifications, and career progression paths for operations staff.
- Design workforce analytics dashboards to monitor turnover, engagement, productivity, training ROI, and safety metrics.
- Lead DEI strategies within the operations context and ensure compliance with local laws and company policies.
- Manage employee relations issues with a focus on timely resolution, coaching, and documentation.
- Collaborate with Recruitment to ensure seamless onboarding, workforce planning, and a positive candidate experience.
- Ensure HR policies and processes align with safety, labor regulations, and company standards.
- Drive process improvements in HR operations to increase efficiency and accuracy.
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
- Degree in Human Resources Management is an Asset
- Solid ability to conduct different types of virtual and in-person interviews
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Results oriented mindset
