Your personal attributes include well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, a creative yet pragmatic approach to problem solving and the ability to work in teams.
Ideally, you have reliability experience working as a technologist, this will also "light up" your resume. Bonus points if you have industrial experience in modern pulp or experience in guiding and working with a unionized workforce.
