What You'll Be Doing:

  • Use an app to prioritize work orders and perform audits on different apartments based on check in and out schedule

  • Manage both reactive and preventive maintenance workflows across assigned properties

  • Coordinate work orders with technicians, subcontractors, and vendors

  • Conduct unit walkthroughs and ensure space readiness

  • Maintain inventory and source materials needed for repairs

  • Perform a range of repairs in guest spaces (furniture, patching/painting, windows, doors, etc.) and painting experience is a plus

  • Support adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and help maintain clean, safe workspaces

  • Accurately update task tracking tools (training provided)

  • Take on hands-on tasks, from simple fixes to more complex replacements (e.g., bed frame replacements)


Who You Are:

  • Energetic, proactive, and self-motivated

  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented with strong technical skills

  • Organized and calm under pressure

  • A strong communicator, fluent in English (verbal skills are key)


Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license

  • Ability to travel between properties and to suppliers (e.g., Home Depot, Canadian Tire)

  • Parking costs covered and parking FOB provided where applicable


Schedule: Our Client operates 7 days a week, so flexible availability is required. Shifts typically fall within the following time windows:

  • 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

  • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

  • 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

  • 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

  • 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM

  • 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM


Hourly Pay: $35/hr
