Overview

Job is located throughout the GTHA. May suit someone living in the Oakville area.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, including experience in residential settings and renovation projects. Good communication skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with local codes and regulations.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout of electrical systems.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations and repairs.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs on low voltage systems.
  • Collaborate with construction teams during renovation projects to ensure electrical installations meet project specifications.
  • Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation tasks as needed.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

Experience

  • Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably in a residential and commercial environment.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, including low voltage applications.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to electrical work.
