Job Overview
Logic NDT Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Level 2 Inspector for our Nisku, AB division. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing, developing, and maintaining proper NDT inspections, Shot Peening services, and shipping/receiving practices in accordance with company standards. The inspector will also be cross-trained in other services that Logic NDT provides.
Role and Responsibilities
- Complete inspections of tools and digital reports required by customers under the direction of the supervisor.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Maintain all equipment owned by Logic NDT Solutions Ltd.
- Complete repairs of downhole drilling tools as per Logic SOPs.
- Complete all required documentation with detail and accuracy.
- Pick, ship, and receive various types of equipment based on customer requirements.
- Perform Shot Peening services as required by the customer under the direction of the supervisor.
- Complete daily hazard assessments at work locations.
- Be available for on-call shifts as per the schedule set by the supervisor.
- Follow all safety requirements and those set by customers when working at their facilities.
- Cross-train in and provide support for other services offered by the company.
Qualification Requirements
- Experience inspecting BHA, drilling tools, and mud motors.
- Successful completion of a vision acuity test.
- Successful completion of the color blindness test.
- Successful completion of ASNT level 2 PT and MT certification.
- Ability to operate a forklift and/or crane as required by location.
- Ability to complete API RP7G-2/ Spec 7-1 / Spec 7-2 / DS1 inspection.
- Class 5 Driver's license.

- Ability to perform the essential job functions safely and successfully, consistent with Logic NDT standards, while meeting productivity requirements.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with Logic NDT standards.
- Ability to communicate clearly to staff and customers.
- Ability to work under pressure, think clearly, and act decisively.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Team player who treats all fellow employees and customers with dignity and respect.
- Always conduct yourself in a professional manner while representing Logic NDT.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00-$31.00 per hour
