Adoption Coach

Adoption Coaches (48-hour work week) that will provide At-the-Elbow (ATE) support over a minimum of a 2-week period for each Go Live. They will be required to be scheduled evenings, weekends, and nights including holidays. There will be (1) 8 hours days of initial training and then Adoption Coaches will be scheduled for 12 hour shifts on a rotational basis. These coaches will be embedded directly into clinical and administrative areas, offering real-time assistance with system navigation, workflow optimization, and troubleshooting. By maintaining a visible on-site presence, the coaches will minimize disruptions to patient care, increase end-user confidence, and ensure rapid adoption of the new processes introduced by the OPOR CIS. Extensive knowledge of the Canadian Healthcare system as it relates to acute and community-based settings
- Bachelor degree in relevant healthcare/health informatics, or IT field.
- Cerner certifications (Asset)
- Minimum of two Canadian Cerner hyper phase events in the last 3-5 years. (Asset)
