What you'll do

  • Perform trim and frame carpentry with precision, enhancing the aesthetic appeal and functionality of structures.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively, ensuring safety and efficiency on every job site.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to accurately follow project specifications.
  • Engage in concrete forming, plastering, and rebar installation to support robust structural integrity.
  • Interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy.
  • Construct wooden frameworks for buildings, including walls, floors and roofs.
  • Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction site environments with hands-on carpentry skills.
  • Familiarity with concrete forming techniques and concrete finishing skills.
  • Strong woodworking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Residential construction experience a must.
