1-800-GOT-JUNK? is an exciting, fast growing junk removal franchise. We are part of O2E Brands, the parent company of the hugely successful 1-800-GOT-JUNK?. We're looking for a highly experienced and strategic Program Lead to own the orchestration and delivery of our most critical, large-scale transformations. You will be the nexus between executive vision and execution, responsible for translating top-level Organizational OKRs into measurable business outcomes.

HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT
Vancouver-based and Toronto-based team members work in-office every other week (Tues–Thurs). Core attendance is required from 9 AM – 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Strategic Outcome Orchestration: Lead and coordinate multiple, interconnected Initiatives under a cohesive program strategy to deliver measurable business outcomes. Ensure Program objectives align directly with top-level Organizational OKRs, and manage the overall investment, time horizon, and resource commitment.
  • Stakeholder & Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact for program-level communications, actively aligning Executive Sponsors, Product Leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders. Present program health, learnings, key outcomes, and data-driven metrics to facilitate critical strategic decision-making.
  • Program Strategy & Agility: Maintain dynamic, outcome-driven roadmaps and ensure strategic alignment with long-term product and technology vision. Proactively manage systemic risks, cross-team dependencies, and escalations to maximize value flow and speed of learning.
  • Resource & Vendor Optimization: Partner closely with Product Managers and functional leads to drive capacity planning, ensure appropriate allocation of internal resources, and third-party vendors across the program.
  • Alignment & Methodology: Work with technical leads, Product Managers, and business units to ensure tight alignment and seamless integration of interdependent workstreams. Champion program management rigor and Agile methodologies to achieve scalable and efficient execution throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Performance & Reporting: Maintain and enhance program dashboards and reports, focusing on tracking progress against Key Results (Value Realization), cost controls, resource utilization, and overall program health.

What You Bring To The Table

  • 3-5+ years of dedicated Program Management experience, overseeing complex, strategic initiatives (e.g., core technology transformation, digital platforms) within enterprise or franchise-based environments.
  • Proven capability in orchestrating a portfolio of interdependent Initiatives or "Bets" to achieve a single, collective strategic outcome.
  • Solid understanding and demonstrated experience operating within a modern Product Operating Model.
  • Deep comprehension of the OKR framework and the ability to align autonomous team efforts to overarching corporate objectives.
  • Exceptional strategic stakeholder management and executive presence, including the ability to facilitate critical decisions, align senior leaders, and communicate program health based on outcomes and value realization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Agile principles and the ability to adapt methodology to accelerate learning and value flow across multiple product teams.
  • Strong systems-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on aggregating program-level data (risks, dependencies, KRs) to provide forward-looking insights.
  • Strong business acumen, enabling a deep understanding of customer and business needs to influence the strategic direction of the program.
  • Proficiency with Agile and Portfolio lifecycle management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, JPD, etc.) to ensure comprehensive program visibility and outcome tracking.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $100,000 – $122,000 per annum

(The actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity.)
