Overview:
IDC is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing programs that capture, engage, nurture, and convert leads across multiple channels for IDC's solution portfolio within North America. This individual will develop and execute strategies that strengthen IDC's market presence, accelerate pipeline growth, and drive customer acquisition.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in B2B marketing, deep understanding of the buyer journey, demand generation expertise, and a strong understanding of how to connect messaging, content, and campaigns that deliver measurable impact.

Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies that integrate digital, content, and regional marketing to drive pipeline growth. Align marketing activities to IDC's strategic priorities, ensuring cohesive messaging and measurable outcomes across business units.
- Campaign Development, Execution & Leadership: Lead end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization across a multi-channel approach—including email, content, social, paid search, and events—that increase awareness, engagement, and qualified leads. Build and manage cross-functional marketing plans that align messaging and content to target personas and buying stages. Collaborate with the marketing automation team to drive database engagement and nurture programs that convert leads into marketing-qualified opportunities.
- Content & Messaging: Partner with internal stakeholders and marketing SMEs to develop compelling content that supports awareness and demand generation—from thought leadership and webinars to case studies and reports. Ensure all materials reflect IDC's brand voice, research-driven insights, and credibility in the marketplace.
- Sales & Marketing Alignment: Work closely with the sales and SDR team to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals and ensuring seamless handoff of leads for nurturing and conversion.
- Measurement & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance and apply insights to refine messaging, targeting, and tactics as well as share results regularly with leadership. Use data and analytics to demonstrate impact and guide ongoing improvements in program strategy and execution.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor and guide team members, continuously fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Coordinate across regional and global marketing teams to ensure consistency and maximize impact.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on integrated demand generation, campaign management and execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
- Proven success in developing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline in a complex sales environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy, audience segmentation, and buyer journey development.
- Experience collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals, with strong relationship building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure impact and communicate insights effectively.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to self-manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Passion for data-driven storytelling and continuous improvement.
