Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams
  • Manage scheduling, inventory, and ordering
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
  • Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care
  • Monitor financial performance and assist in meeting sales and cost targets
  • Uphold company policies and health & safety regulations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a positive team culture
  • Knowledge of POS systems, scheduling, and inventory control
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
