In this contractor role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our fleet, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency for our valued customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct planned and unplanned maintenance procedures on our fleet of aircraft in accordance with the Canadian Aviation Regulations and company procedures
- Perform and document inspection of engines, structural, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Troubleshoot structural, mechanical, hydraulic and engines to identify and repair defects
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, manuals, instructions, etc.
- Inspect, service and maintain spare parts inventory
- Complete all maintenance related paperwork fully and accurately
- Assist with the general maintenance and servicing of hangar equipment and facilities
- Maintain an organized, clean and safe work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Transport Canada Certified AME License M1 or M2
- Ability to legally work in Canada
- Must be able to obtain and retain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC)
- Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to perform well under pressure, comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights
- Safety orientated
- Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs

Responsabilités du poste
- Effectuer les procédures de maintenance planifiées et non planifiées sur notre flotte d'avions conformément au Règlement de l'aviation canadien et aux procédures de l'entreprise.
- Effectuer et documenter l'inspection des moteurs, des systèmes structurels, mécaniques et hydrauliques.
- Dépanner les problèmes structurels, mécaniques, hydrauliques et moteurs pour identifier et réparer les défauts.
- Interpréter des dessins techniques, des plans, des manuels, des instructions, etc.
- Inspecter, entretenir et maintenir l'inventaire des pièces de rechange.
- Remplir tous les documents liés à la maintenance de manière complète et précise.
- Aider à l'entretien général et à l'entretien des équipements et des installations du hangar.
- Maintenir un environnement de travail organisé, propre et sécuritaire.
- Autres tâches assignées.
Qualifications
- Permis AME M1 ou M2 certifié par Transports Canada.
- Capacité de travailler légalement au Canada.
- Doit être en mesure d'obtenir et de conserver une carte d'identité de zone réglementée (CIZR).
- Flexibilité et volonté de travailler selon des horaires irréguliers pour inclure les soirs, les week-ends et les jours fériés
- Bonnes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Capable de bien performer sous pression, à l'aise pour travailler dans des espaces confinés et en hauteur
- Orienté vers la sécurité.
- Capacité à soulever 50 livres à plusieurs reprises.
