Position Type: High Part-Time hours/wk, 3-5 days a week as needed)

Wage: $17.60/hour

As Sherway Gardens is our newest location, we are looking for someone special to join our team during our first holiday season in this mall.

This is a hands-on, customer-centered role for someone who loves working closely with people and takes pride in creating memorable, meaningful experiences. If you're passionate about people and creating a welcoming experience we'd love to meet you.

Who You Are:

  • You bring positive energy and calm focus to customer interactions
  • You're excited to create meaningful one-on-one moments with customers through positive care and memorable pieces
  • You're reliable, eager to learn new skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment
  • You have flexible/open availability during the contract period
  • Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred

What You'll Do:

  • Greet and welcome customers with warmth and intention
  • Assist with general store operations, like restocking, cleaning, maintaining customer flow, while also contributing to a beautiful, safe space for workers and customers
  • Educate customers on our products and help them find pieces that truly speak to them
  • Collaborate with the team to create an elevated and joyful shopping environment
