Clearview Public Schools is accepting applications for a full time temporary teaching position at Big Valley School to begin at the end of February or beginning of March and continue to the end of the school year.

Requires a Temporary Mathematics and Science Teacher
Located in Big Valley, Alberta, Big Valley School is a vibrant and dynamic school with approximately 85 students in PreK to Grade 9. This teaching assignment will include the following courses: Grade 7, 8 and 9 mathematics and science courses along with health and other complementary courses.

The successful applicant will be a highly organized, student focused teacher who works well in a collaborative team oriented environment and focuses on building professional and effective relationships with students. Experience using a wide variety of technology tools in a learning setting, effective classroom management, ability to communicate with students and parents, and ability to establish high expectations for student learning are valuable skills. A strong numeracy background is required for this position.
