What You'll Do

  • Consult with clients on their service needs with professionalism and care
  • Create accurate, detailed estimates and work orders
  • Communicate updates and service progress clearly and promptly
  • Ensure every customer's service experience exceeds expectations

What You Bring

  • Exceptional communication skills and luxury service experience
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Previous service advisor experience in a high-end brand preferred
