Title: Senior Financial Project Manager
Project Manager – Financial Models, Contracts & Services
Position Type:
Full-Time Contract onsite - Vancouver
Term:
ASAP, 6+ months
Rate:
$90 - $130/hr inc
We're looking for an experienced
Project Manager (Contractor)
to lead a Financial Model & Services Program. This role will guide a transformation of our commercial approach — defining services, redesigning enterprise pricing models, and building on previous consulting work to recommend a sustainable, future-ready strategy.
About the Role
You'll oversee initiatives that define service offerings, align cost structures, and design pricing strategies that balance financial, operational, and organizational needs. Working closely with Finance, Legal, Operations, and subject-matter experts, you'll deliver a practical framework for how services are structured and priced.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA an asset)
- PMP or equivalent project management experience preferred
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience, with significant exposure to financial or contract-driven initiatives
- Experience in the contact centre or services industry strongly preferred
- Proven ability to deliver results in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
Key Skills
Project Management Expertise
Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional projects — ideally involving finance, service transformation, or commercialization of new offerings.
Service Commercialization & Pricing Strategy
Experience developing and launching services, defining cost drivers, and designing clear, practical, and risk-aware pricing models.
Financial Acumen
Strong capability to translate complex financial models into actionable pricing structures that align with business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Track record of working effectively with Finance, Legal, Operations, and SMEs to deliver balanced and integrated outcomes.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking
Ability to evaluate existing pricing and financial models, identify gaps, and recommend sustainable improvements.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
Excellent presentation, influence, and consensus-building skills, particularly with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.
Change Leadership
Comfortable leading transformation in complex environments and ensuring new models are understood, adopted, and sustained.
