About Brucejack
Our Brucejack Gold Mine, a high-grade underground mine in beautiful northern British Columbia, is located approximately 65 kilometres north of Stewart. Brucejack is a fly-in/fly-out operation with pick-up points across Western Canada, making it easy for people from different places to join us. We work closely with local First Nations communities including the Nisga'a, Tahltan, Gitanyow, and Gitxsan, to build respectful partnerships and celebrate our shared community.

Your ImpactAs a Planner Asset Management at Brucejack, you will be instrumental in minimizing equipment downtime and enhancing operational safety and efficiency through strategic maintenance planning. By ensuring equipment and resources are prepared and available, you will help streamline work order execution and support proactive maintenance practices.
This position specifically focuses on fleet maintenance, with a strong emphasis on planning for heavy mobile equipment across both surface and underground operations
As Part of Our Team, You Will- Contribute to maintenance program development using SAP to achieve best practices.
- Screen incoming work orders, verify/refine priority and scope, estimate required workforce.
- Plan jobs with appropriate level of detail for the given skilled trades workforce.
- Develop clear and concise job packages, standard task lists, and bill of materials (BOMs)Procures materials, equipment, and specialized tooling for planned work
- Gather necessary technical documents, specifications and drawings.
- Identify and support implementation of safety controls for to meet company policies and control job specific hazards.
- Enhance warranty management, parts kitting, job prioritization, and materials verification.
- Maintain SAP plans to enable effective PM scheduling, workload forecasting, and plan variance tracking.
- Communicate clearly with maintenance supervisors, schedulers and trades to details are clearly captured and understood
- Upon completion of job, utilize feedback from skilled trades regarding ideas & procedures that would make future jobs more efficient.
- Maintain equipment information & repair files.
- Red Seal in Heavy Duty Equipment Technician preferred
- Other Red Seal trades or Engineering backgrounds will be considered
- Demonstrated experience in fleet maintenance planning, with a focus on both surface and underground heavy equipment
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications
- Solid understanding of maintenance planning principles and reliability-centered maintenance
- CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) or MMP (Maintenance Management Professional) designation is an asset
- Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills
- Conditions: Industrial warehouse and underground environments; PPE required

The expected salary range for this role is CA$$83, ,000 . This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.
