Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs
• Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks
• Install or replace fixtures, appliances, and hardware as required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and storage spaces
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management
• Assist with project planning and execution for larger repair or renovation projects
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes at all times
• Keep detailed records of work performed and materials used

Experience

• Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or maintenance person services preferred
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting techniques
• Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license is preferred for transportation between sites or procurement of materials
