About the role
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio and experience in creating visually compelling graphics for a variety of media. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing team to develop high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand and engages our target audience.
What you'll do here:
Design and produce various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media graphics, advertisements, and presentations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design solutions that effectively communicate brand messages and support business goals.
Maintain brand consistency throughout all projects and mediums.
Prepare final artwork for print and digital distribution, ensuring all files are accurate, complete, and ready for production.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design techniques to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
Edit and retouch images as needed to enhance quality and ensure proper presentation.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to the team.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work.
Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Bilingual (English and French) an asset
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
