Agriculture et Agroalimentaire Canada (AAC) est à la recherche d'un électromécanicien ou d'une électromécanicienne pour se joindre à notre équipe à Sainte-Hyacinthe en Québec.

Quelles sont les fonctions du poste?


• Fabriquer, installer, concevoir, entretenir, modifier, inspecter et réparer des pièces, des systèmes de commande numérique, mécaniques, électriques, pneumatique, hydraulique, électromécaniques complexes et des équipements scientifiques utilisés dans les laboratoires ou dans une usine pilote


• Fournir des orientations et des conseils, aux superviseurs et aux employés afin de réparer et entretenir les équipements scientifiques incluant des pompes, ou des équipements de transfert, séparation, chauffage, refroidissement, séchage, coupe et broyage etc. et augmenter leur durée de vie utile.

Quelles sont les qualifications requises?

  • Diplôme d'électromécanicien ou une combinaison acceptable d'éducation, de formation et/ou d'expérience.
  • Expérience de 4 ans ou plus dans la fabrication, l'installation, la conception, l'entretien, la modification, l'inspection et la réparation de systèmes de commande numérique et de divers systèmes mécaniques, électriques, pneumatique, hydraulique et électromécaniques complexes en milieu industriel ou en laboratoire.

Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) is seeking an Electro mechanic with expertise and experience in scientific laboratory and pilot plant equipment to join our team in Saint-Hyacinthe (Québec).

What will you be doing?


• Manufacture, install, design, maintain, modify, inspect and repair parts, complex digital, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electromechanical control systems, and scientific equipment used in laboratories or a pilot plant.


• Advise and guide supervisors and employees to repair and maintain scientific equipment, including pumps or transfer, separation, heating, cooling, drying, cutting and grinding equipment and extend their useful life.

What do you need to bring to the table?

  • An electromechanical diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
  • Four or more years of experience in manufacturing, installation, design, maintenance, modification, inspection, and repair of digital control systems and various complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electromechanical systems in an industrial or laboratory setting.
