POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a temporary Customer Service Representative – Lodging Systems (a 15-month contract) based in Montreal, QC. The Customer Service Representative – Lodging Systems is responsible for supporting our hospitality customers as they place their orders for spare parts and consumables via phone, email and the webstore. This role is key to maintaining a high level of customer experience and loyalty.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Answer incoming customer calls, emails and webstore chats regarding orders, service questions and general client product related concernsAssist with the Webstore order managementProcess incoming orders in the ERP system Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each callRegularly update knowledge of products and procedures through personal study and company-provided trainingNavigate the ERP system to be familiar with customer sales historyResponsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive relationship with every customer

WHAT WE REQUIRE

3+ years' experience in customer serviceHigh School degree

dormakaba recherche un(e) représentant(e) temporaire du service à la clientèle – Systèmes d'hébergement (contrat de 15 mois) basé(e) à Montréal, QC. Le/la représentant(e) du service à la clientèle – Systèmes d'hébergement est responsable de soutenir nos clients du secteur de l'hôtellerie lorsqu'ils passent leurs commandes de pièces de rechange et de consommables par téléphone, courriel et boutique en ligne. Ce poste est essentiel pour maintenir un haut niveau d'expérience client et de fidélisation.

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ

Répondre aux appels téléphoniques, courriels et clavardage de la boutique en ligne des clients concernant les commandes, questions de service et préoccupations générales liées aux produits clientsAssister dans la gestion des commandes de la boutique en ligneTraiter les commandes entrantes dans le système ERP selon les procéduresMettre à jour les informations clients dans la base de données du service à la clientèle pendant et après chaque appelApprentissage continu et mise à jour des connaissances sur les produits et processus via l'autoformation et la formation d'entrepriseNaviguer dans le système ERP pour se familiariser avec l'historique des ventes clientsResponsable de maintenir un haut niveau de professionnalisme avec les clients et de travailler à établir une relation positive avec chaque client
