Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
• Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitized, including floors, windows, and furniture.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining facilities to meet health and safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention or maintenance.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or seasonal maintenance.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment used in commercial cleaning settings.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness in various types of facilities, demonstrating attention to detail.
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact with team members and facility occupants professionally.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a collaborative team player when required.
