Position

The Accounting Manager is a key management leader of GGS Structures, a division of Pipp Mobile Storage Systems, Inc. The Accounting Manager reports to the CFO, with a dotted line to the President, and has the overall responsibility for the accounting functions, payroll, and office administration of the GGS Division. Working closely with the management and finance team the Accounting Manager ensures that the company establishes and follows accounting procedures for payables, receivables, and payroll. We are seeking an organized professional who can effectively lead a small accounting and office team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
  • Assisting with completion of month-end process and reporting.
  • Participating in audits and providing documented support.
  • Organizing financial data into useable information.
  • Monitoring the daily performance of the accounting department.
  • Contributing to a positive work environment, providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Maintaining a high level of integrity and work ethic.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • CA or CPA designation preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office
  • Experience working with ADP preferred
