We are looking for the best candidate to join our expanding team in our new Mississauga production location

Autumn Graphics provides class-leading pre-media production, plate production, brand management, 3D packaging development, print production technical services, color management services, and packaging life cycle workflow tools to consumer product companies, converters, printers, and agencies.

You will be part of a team, providing Flexographic platemaking functions to support the production needs of our customers.

The Successful candidate will be responsible for producing photopolymer printing plates for the Flexographic Printing industry, from digital file inspection through to processing plates and shipping.

Candidates should have excellent attention to detail and understanding of QC processes.

Multi-tasking is mandatory with this position.

Flexo Plate Maker will be performing final QC inspections, packaging plates and shipping them to customers within the timelines established.

Previous experience with manufacturing Flexographic printing plates would be considered valuable, but not mandatory.

Requirements or Qualifications:

Relevant work experience a plus

High School Diploma or higher education

Able to lift 50-pound boxes

Time management, communication skills

Must be able to work both in a team environment and independently.

Strong work ethic, a positive approach and a desire to produce accurate repeatable work are a must.
