Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in their private homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient care and a strong understanding of the needs of autism and disabilities.As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalized care and support.

Duties

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

  • Monitor and document vital signs and changes in client health status.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans.
  • Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
  • Assist with mobility using equipment such as Hoyer lifts when necessary.
  • Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and well-being.
  • Support individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or other special needs through direct support services.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement effective care strategies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as home health
  • Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality.
