We're looking for a
Graphic Designer
to join our Marketing team, someone who can add a fresh spark and turn big concepts into visuals that truly stand out. In this position, you will collaborate with Trapeze Business Units and their respective Marketing Leaders and teams to develop high-quality creative graphics and video materials, contributing to the consistent representation of our brand across all platforms. You'll collaborate with talented teammates, share your perspective, and make an impact with every project. Responsibilities

  • Execute design projects, including digital ads, social media, presentations, infographics, newsletters, and event materials.
  • Develop video projects, including short-form and long-form videos.
  • Ensure visual materials are organized and up to date.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and ensure our visuals stay engaging and on-brand.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to find solutions to creative challenges.
  • Coordinate with suppliers (print, promotional, web advertising placement, magazine ad placement).

Qualifications

  • University degree or college diploma in visual arts, majoring in graphic design or any commercial arts and communications, with over three years of industry experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Canva.
  • Strong sense of visual design, including typography, color theory, layout, and grid systems.
  • Ability to manage several projects at once and shift between priorities as needed.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Strong portfolio showing your work across different styles and channels.
