We're looking for a Sales Manager who leads from the front — a hands-on closer, coach, and motivator who knows how to push for results while building a culture of accountability and success.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with clients and the sales team to close deals and maximize results
  • Train, coach, and develop sales staff on process, communication, and deal structure
  • Manage daily operations — from leads and appointments to deal flow and delivery
  • Support finance and BDC teams to ensure every opportunity is captured
  • Create an environment of ownership, professionalism, and team accountability
  • Collaborate with upper management to improve performance and drive dealership growth

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of automotive sales management or senior sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing deals and leading by example
  • Strong leadership and coaching ability
  • Grit, determination, and drive to exceed goals
  • Diligence with paperwork and structured deal management
  • Valid driver's license and AMVIC license

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Subject to experience + performance bonuses
