We are seeking a dedicated part-time nurse to assist with PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatments and hair transplant surgeries.

Job Description:

As a part-time nurse, your primary responsibilities will include:

PRP & Aesthetic Treatments

• Take blood from patients safely and with minimal discomfort
• Prepare and administer PRP injections to the head/scalp/face
• Provide consultations, assess treatment options, and ensure the best care for clients while using strong communication skills to explain procedures, address concerns, and manage expectations effectively
• Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment details and outcomes
• Understand infection control standards, including sterilization techniques, and maintain a safe and sanitary environment
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a friendly, welcoming environment

Hair Transplant Surgery

• Assist the physician and/or hair restoration technician team during Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) procedures
• Prepare the donor and recipient areas, including administering local anesthetic to numb the scalp before extraction and implantation
• Handle and implant grafts with precision to optimize graft survival and natural aesthetic results
• Monitor patients throughout the procedure and provide exceptional customer care
• Maintain accurate procedural notes and assist with inventory management, instrument sterilization, and room setup

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario nursing license (RN or RPN)

  eligibility for registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (including internationally educated nurses)

• Applicants must currently reside in Ottawa
  and
  be legally eligible to work in Canada.

• Strong attention to detail and patient care skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in medical aesthetics is a plus, but not required
• Proficiency in French is a bonus
