If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic teamResponsibilitiesLead the entire UX design process, from the discovery phase to implementation and go-live, ensuring a seamless user experience throughout.Collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams to understand the problem space, articulate the project goals, and define user and business needs.Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and emerging industry trends.Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.Requirements3+ years of relevant experience in participating in complex projects (products) of different sizes, ensuring alignment to plans, best practices and incorporating user-centred design processes and agile (scrum) methodologies.Expertise in UX software such as JustInMind, InVision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, Axure, Figma, and Zeplin.
