Senior Marketing Manager
who can drive brand awareness, creative storytelling, and measurable sales results.

The Role

This is a hands-on role for a marketer who thrives in a lean, fast-moving environment. You'll oversee multi-channel campaigns (digital, influencer, PR, retail activations), manage partnerships with agencies and creators, and deliver high-impact campaigns that connect directly to revenue.

You'll also play a key role in shaping the brand's voice across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms — leading content strategy, managing influencer relationships, and using performance data to guide future creative and media investments.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and execute creative, data-driven campaigns that drive growth and brand visibility
  • Manage influencer and creator partnerships, focusing on ROI and authentic content
  • Oversee social media strategy and editorial calendar across all major platforms
  • Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to produce high-quality content
  • Report on campaign performance, media coverage, and sales contribution

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in
    digital, brand, and content marketing
    within consumer brands, eCommerce, or retail
  • Experience managing small teams or offshore contributors
  • Strong background in social media, influencer partnerships, and performance marketing that ties directly to sales
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills — creative, analytical, and results-oriented
  • Confident communicator who thrives in start-up or small-team environments
  • Comfortable working fully in-office in Toronto's Beaches neighbourhood

Nice to Have

  • PR and media experience
  • Agency and in-house marketing background
  • Familiarity with lifestyle, home, or appliance brands
  • Photography or video production skills

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing brand at a pivotal time, working closely with executive leadership and making a direct impact on the company's success. For the right person, there's room to evolve this position into a future Director-level role.
