Wolfpack Outdoor Services Inc. is a fast-growing landscape construction and excavation company specializing in grading, drainage, and outdoor living spaces across the GTA. We're seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman to lead the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, grading, and site work projects. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate has experience managing small crews, operating equipment, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate job site activities, labourers, and subcontractors

  • Manage site layout, elevations, and project timelines

  • Operate equipment (mini excavator, skid steer, etc.)

  • Ensure job quality, safety compliance, and clean, organized sites

  • Communicate with clients, management, and suppliers

  • Track materials, progress, and daily production logs

  • Train and mentor crew members

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in landscape construction, with 1–2 years in a leadership role

  • Strong understanding of grading, base prep, interlock installation, and drainage systems

  • Equipment operation experience required (mini excavator, skid steer)

  • Ability to read and execute from construction drawings

  • Valid driver's licence (AR, AZ and trailer experience a plus)

  • Professional, reliable, and organized

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
