About the Company
A leading Canadian medical products distributor is seeking a Territory Manager for the Central East Ontario Territory to work closely with clinics, hospitals and long term care facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a defined territory across hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop territory growth plans using market data and client insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, logistics) to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Conduct product demonstrations and prepare proposals as needed.
- Maintain strong product and industry knowledge, staying informed of market trends and competitors.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, or B2B environments.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and territory management abilities.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
