Aperçu du poste :
Le Lead Data Scientist occupe un rôle clé dans lorganisation de notre client. Vous serez responsable d'encadrer une équipe de data scientists, de définir la stratégie d'analyse des données et de concevoir des modèles avancés d'intelligence artificielle et d'apprentissage automatique. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques, commerciales et opérationnelles pour transformer les données en insights exploitables et orienter les décisions stratégiques.

Principales responsabilités :

  • Définir, implémenter et gérer la stratégie de science des données et d'intelligence artificielle.
  • Encadrer, développer et inspirer une équipe de data scientists afin de livrer des solutions analytiques à forte valeur ajoutée.
  • Concevoir et mettre en production des modèles dapprentissage automatique robustes, évolutifs et performants.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes techniques pour assurer l'intégration des modèles et des analyses au sein des systèmes d'information existants.
  • Communiquer efficacement les résultats analytiques et fournir des recommandations claires aux équipes dirigeantes et aux parties prenantes.
  • Assurer une veille technologique constante afin dintégrer les meilleures pratiques et les dernières innovations en matière de science des données.
  • Promouvoir la gouvernance des données et assurer la qualité, la sécurité et l'éthique dans l'utilisation des données.

Qualifications requises :

  • Diplôme universitaire supérieur (maîtrise ou doctorat) en informatique, statistiques, mathématiques appliquées, intelligence artificielle ou domaine connexe.
  • Minimum de 5 ans dexpérience en data science, incluant une expérience significative en gestion déquipe.
  • Expertise approfondie en apprentissage automatique, deep learning et analyse prédictive.
  • Compétence éprouvée en programmation Python, maîtrise des librairies de data science (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Expérience confirmée avec les outils de gestion des données (SQL, NoSQL, plateformes Big Data).
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication, vulgarisation et présentation des résultats techniques.
  • Fortes compétences analytiques, orientation résultats, capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes.
  • Leadership reconnu, capacité à fédérer et à mobiliser les équipes autour dobjectifs communs.
