Type of employment:  Permanent, Full Time (37,5 hours)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Want to start your career with us? Here's an overview of the main responsibilities of this position:

• Support, execute and analyze weekly payroll production audit reports;

• Support Senior Technicians as needed in payroll production;

• Analyze and correct the PIER report on a regular basis;

• Answer and execute ticket requests in ServiceNow;

• Submit Records of Employment to Service Canada;

• Complete requests for information;

• Contribute to year-end T4/T4A/RL-1/RL-2 processes on a quarterly basis;

• Support operations and maintain close communication with various internal and external stakeholders;

• All other related duties.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

We want you to join our team Here's what we're looking for:

Education:

• College diploma (DEC) or equivalent experience

• ACP accreditation

Experience:

• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a similar role, in a company with 5000 employees or more.

Knowledge and skills:

• Experience with Workday and PeopleSoft (an asset).

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables), Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

• Ability to manage stress and priorities effectively, while meeting tight deadlines.

• Thoroughness, speed of execution and attention to detail to ensure consistency of information.

• Ability to work independently, with discretion and confidentiality in handling files.

• Excellent collaboration skills and commitment to quality customer service.

 Language skills:

• Bilingualism required (French and English), both written and spoken, as the person will be called upon to serve English-speaking regions.
