We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Team Lead to support our daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about promoting safety, efficiency, and teamwork.
As a Team Lead, you'll guide a team of warehouse associates, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards for productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Shift: Monday - Friday : 9:30am - 6:00pm
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support warehouse employees to achieve daily operational goals.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and attendance, ensuring targets are met.
- Collaborate with employees on the floor to maintain efficient workflows.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to enhance performance.
- Review and analyze reports on safety, productivity, and backlog to identify improvement opportunities.
- Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies and health and safety standards.
- Perform other duties as required to support departmental or organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt style to different audiences.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to remain productive and calm under pressure while supporting others through change.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrates accountability, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership over work and outcomes.
- Builds and maintains positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
