About this role:

As a Brand Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that define and enhance a client's brand identity, positioning, and messaging to drive audience engagement and business growth. We're looking to complement our rapidly growing team with a Brand Strategist looking to help provide exceptional service and work for our portfolio of industrial clients. We're looking for an organized and hard-working individual who is passionate about providing great client service and delivering great work.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop and execute brand strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform brand strategy.
• Support brand activation campaigns and initiatives to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Conduct discovery with clients to gain an in-depth understanding of their business and marketplace.
• Work creatively with clients to uncover competitive uniquenesses that inform positioning opportunities.
• Preparation and facilitation of creative briefs that inform various creative executions.
• Provide clients with data-driven proposals and strategic recommendations for their accounts based on their business goals.
• Collaborate with creative teams and internal resources to ensure that projects are running smoothly.
• Coordination and execution of general requests in the daily running of the account.
• Ensuring all internal departments have all necessary information and assets.
• Strong knowledge of website building process.

A little bit about you:

• A passion for branding, including brand strategy, positioning and systems
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience in account strategy at an advertising/design/digital agency a strong asset
• Experience in a Strategist or related role required
• Strong time management skills, ability to work both independently and cross-functionally and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and client service skills with an impeccable attention to detail

Benefits of Working for SitePartners:

• Expected salary range: $70,000-$90,000. Final salary may vary.
• Extended health benefits package + health spending account
• 2-3 weeks vacation + week off between Christmas and New Years
• 4 days a week in-person, either at agency office or Lower Mainland project sites, and 1 day from home
• Brand new company HQ including: gym, espresso machine, sit/stand desks
• Site HQ is close to many coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, and easy access off of Hwy 1
• Company laptop (apple)
