Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Toronto, ON for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The CTO will be responsible for overseeing Uniflow's technological vision and leading all aspects of technology development. Day-to-day tasks include managing software development projects, developing and implementing IT strategy, ensuring the architecture aligns with business goals, and driving product development. The CTO will collaborate closely with other executives to ensure technological resources align with the company's business needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Software Development and Product Development
  • Experience in Project Management and IT Strategy
  • Strong skills in Architecture and strategic planning
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with AI and machine-learning technologies is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
