About the Role

We're looking for an Operations Systems & Team Manager — a strategic and hands-on professional who can build efficient operational systems and execute them effectively. This role is ideal for someone who excels at designing processes, leading people, and driving performance across multiple teams.

Experience in cleaning or facilities management is not required — what matters most is your ability to create scalable systems, implement structure, and lead teams with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and streamline systems and workflows to enhance daily operations.
  • Lead and manage teams to ensure consistent execution of company standards.
  • Identify inefficiencies and design data-driven solutions to improve productivity.
  • Establish clear KPIs, monitor progress, and report operational performance.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to align operations with strategic goals.
  • Drive accountability and foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and ownership.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations management, process improvement, or team leadership (any industry).
  • Strong organizational and analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build systems from the ground up and ensure successful implementation.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using project management or workflow tools.
