Office Administrative Assistant – Full-Time (Mississauga)

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrative Assistant to join our Mississauga office, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle calls, emails, and client communication
  • Prepare and manage documents, data entry, and filing
  • Arrange pickups, deliveries, and create shipping waybills and labels
  • Manage sales, purchase, and CRM records
  • Organize schedules, appointments, and maintain office supplies

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong communication skills in English (Hindi & Punjabi an asset)
  • Excellent organization, punctuality, and attention to detail
  • Prior office experience preferred
