Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled handyman/carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various facilities and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Locations of Properties are Calgary SW inner city, Bankview, Downtown West End and Mardaloop

Must Have;

-Truck, tools and valid Drivers License

Duties:

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing drywall.

- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.

- Install fixtures and appliances.

- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations. - Troubleshoot and repair equipment, machinery, and systems. - Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential problems.

Skills:

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role.

- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

- Strong knowledge of general repair and maintenance tasks.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Good communication skills to interact with team members, clients and tenants effectively.
