  • Base salary range for Sales Coordinator - Project Management between $55k - $67k USD - CAD annually

  • Please note that this position is based in Saint-Bruno, and will move to the Saint-Hubert office starting in January 2026. This is a hybrid role.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the execution of the Lead-to-Order (LTO) process from RFP to customer onboarding

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely bid delivery and client integration
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of customer data shared across departments
  • Drive customer onboarding and product qualification processes
  • Escalate issues that may impact customer satisfaction or delivery timelines
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization
  • Provide training and support on LTO tools and processes
  • Act as a project manager for one-off sales initiatives requiring structured coordination.

  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred

  • A minimum of two years' experience in sales, customer service, or project management is highly desirable
  • Excellent computer skills to include MS365, PowerBI reporting, CRM and SAP

  • You are fluent in both French and English, allowing you to communicate effectively with clients, our teams, and partners in Quebec, English-speaking provinces, and the United States

  • RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS

  • Prefer Candidates in the St. Bruno, Quebec, Canada region for this role

  • Passion for teamwork and building strong internal relationships
  • Client-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
