We are looking for a Service Manager with a background as Journeyman Plumber required immediately for position in Yorkton, SK. Overseeing technicians in the Plumbing, HVAC and Refrigeration trades. Completing repair, installation and commercial mechanical work. Established in 2017, Kooler Group offers both commercial and residential services in HVAC, Plumbing and Commercial Refrigeration.

Duties as Service Manager

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This includes resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Working with management to increase the company's sales. Develop sales strategies and help ensure that the company meets its sales goals.
  • Overseeing the scheduling, dispatching, and assignment of jobs. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely project completion.

Duties as Journeyman Plumber

  • Diagnosing and repairing plumbing equipment or piping.
  • Installation and maintenance of furnaces, boilers, water heaters, RO's and softener's. Both commercial and residential settings.
  • Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
  • Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify issues within plumbing systems.
  • Collaborate with professionals on integrated projects.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with local codes and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Assist in heavy lifting tasks as required during installations or repairs.

Must Possess:

  • Clean drivers abstract
  • Fourth Year Certification
  • Red Seal Endorsement
  • General or Domestic Gas Ticket is an asset

Wage package developed for successful candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42.00-$56.00 per hour
