Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Toronto, ON. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their needs, providing product or service solutions, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, achieving sales targets, offering product training to clients, and collaborating with sales management to strategize and execute sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact and engage with clients
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to meet targets and drive revenue
- Experience with Training and coaching clients or team members would be advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site, team-based environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role preferred
