Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team at Whitby Oshawa Honda. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, providing exceptional service to our customers. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and an eye for detail, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
  • Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues that may need attention and report findings to management.
  • Utilize various cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and ensure all tools and supplies are organized.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with the detailing services provided.
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety and cleanliness.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Attention to detail with a passion for maintaining high-quality standards in vehicle presentation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be physically capable of performing tasks that require standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and moving equipment.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
