Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic restaurant team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, to process customer orders efficiently.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas to ensure a safe environment.
  • Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of our customers.

Experience

  • Previous experience in the food service industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic kitchen operations is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is advantageous.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
