Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Strong business development acumen with a focus on B2B sales environments.
- Experience in account management to nurture long-term client relationships.
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus, along with an understanding of marketing principles.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales processes.
- Technical sales experience is desirable, particularly in industries involving complex products or services. (flooring/blinds)
- Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to delivering results.
